How do I determine the efficiency of my employees?

In Cavalato, when starting up or adding a new task, you will always need to define the efficiency of an employee. In this article, we take a closer look at how this works.

How do I determine the efficiency of my employees?

To set, change, or view an employee’s efficiency, go to the “Employees” tab in Cavalato.

Select the desired employee from the list.

On the right-hand side of the screen, you will find an overview of all tasks created in your database. For each task, you can enter the employee’s efficiency. By default, this is set to 100%.

Every task that is checked is a task that can be performed by this employee. You can set an efficiency value for all these tasks. If you don’t change anything, the efficiency for all checked tasks will remain at 100%.

But how do you actually determine efficiency? Here are the rules:
100% efficiency = the employee performs the work in exactly the estimated time.
200% efficiency = the employee performs the work in half the estimated time.
50% efficiency = the employee performs the work in double the estimated time.
