How can I schedule my jobs based on the availability of my replacement cars?


In the job, you can indicate whether your customer needs a rental car. For this you can check the box below

Once you have checked the ‘Rental car needed’ box in the job, you will be given the option to indicate a type and class. These fields are optional.

Estimation made? Super! Tick the desired estimation as a planning estimation to give the tasks the status ‘to plan’.

On the ‘Planning’ tab, you will now see an extra checkbox ‘With rental’. As a user, you can uncheck this box yourself if you wish.

On the right-hand side of the screen, you will be able to add a customer and/or a driver linked to the rental. If you already have a customer and/or driver linked is the job, under the ‘Parties’ tab, then we will automatically transfer this information from the job.

You will automatically be proposed a schedule for the workshop. For proposed rentals, we will show you an option for a replacement car based on the fields filled in on the job screen (type, class). Press ‘Plan’ to confirm the planning and rental car.

On the ‘Planning’ tab, we show you the created planning.

Under the ‘Rental’ tab, you will find the reservation of the proposed rental car.

In the job, we automatically enter the dates of the rental car reservation. This gives you a complete overview of all dates related to the job.
