Have you ordered the parts for your estimation? Great! But how can you track the status of your order exactly? Well, we'll explain it to you in this article.

Under the tab "Order list," the complete tracking of your parts has been consolidated. You can find the tab "Order list" under "Job". The tab "Order list" consists of different sub-tabs so that you can easily track your deliveries and returns. We will go through the sub-tabs with you step by step.

Under 'Orders', you will find an overview of all orders, including orders from a job as well as individual orders. On this sub-tab, you also have the option to create an individual order without a job. Press the 'New' button to create an individual order.

In the sub-tab 'Incoming parts', you can find an overview of the orders that have not yet been marked as 'delivered'. Received a delivery? Then check the parts in this sub-tab that you have received.

The items you have checked will become visible at the bottom under 'Delivery'.

All delivered parts checked? Then scroll down. Here you have the opportunity to fill in the date of delivery and the delivery note number.

All data completed? Press 'Confirm delivery'.

The delivery will now be added to the subtab. 'Delivered parts'.

Was a part delivered incorrectly or damaged? Then go to the 'Delivered parts' tab to the incorrect/damaged part. At the back, you will see the option to mark a damaged/incorrect part at the part line.

Press the number 0 and enter the incorrect/damaged quantity here. Don't forget to save your adjustment by pressing the save icon!

The incorrect/damaged part will now be found under the sub-tab 'Recurring parts'.

Time to return the damaged/incorrect part! Select the desired parts.

Fill in the return date and press 'Confirm return'.

In the sub-tab 'Deliveries', you can find an overview of all the parts that were placed on 'delivered'.

Do you like to see which parts were returned? This can be done at the 'Return' tab.

If you open a return, you have the option to provide additional information about the return. Fields were provided to enter the RMA number, return request date, approval date, and return shipping date. This way, you can easily keep track of all the parts!
