Have you created a new jobe and want to header the different parties to the job? We will show you step by step how to do this in this article.
To add a new relation in a job you can go to the Tab "Jobs" - "Parties".
Add a caption...
Here, select the desired party you want to add. In this example we are going to add a new driver. Adding a party works the same way for all types.
Add a caption...
You will first have the opportunity to look up a party.
Add a caption...
No party found? Then press the 'New' button to create a new party.
Add a caption...
Enter the details of the party. Contact information must also be entered when creating each relation. This is to avoid that at a later date the party cannot be contacted because no contact details were filled in at creation.
Add a caption...
Does your relation have a VAT number? Then enter the VAT number and press the magnifying glass. Cavalato will automatically upload the official data from the KBO (only available for Belgium).
Add a caption...
Completed all the data? Press 'Save'.
Add a caption...
Was no email address or phone number entered when creating the party? Then you will see the message below appear.
Add a caption...
Cavalato will perform an automatic check after saving to see if the party does not already exist. This is to avoid duplicates. Did you accidentally create a duplicate party? Then you can choose not to create the new party and to select an existing party.
Add a caption...
Have you linked the party? Then the party will appear as a label under the 'parties' tab.
You can link multiple parties in the job this way.
