How can I mark an item as 'received'?


To mark an item as ‘received’, you can go to the "Order list" tab in Cavalato.

Here, go to the "Incoming parts" tab.

On this page, you have several options for filtering the parts. You can search here by 'Supplier', 'Order number', 'Order date', 'Number plate' and the 'Job number'.

You can also check or uncheck the items manually.

At the bottom, we bundle the marked lines into a delivery. In the delivery, you have the option to designate a storage location. Select a storage location from the drop-down menu below to designate all parts to the same storage location.

You can also manually assign a different storage location per line.

On delivery, we also offer the option to enter the date of delivery, an (optional) comment and the supplier's delivery note number. These fields are all optional and should not be filled in.

Completed the required information? Then press 'Confirm delivery' to mark the items as 'received'.

In the job, the order will go to 'Closed'. The parts will get the status 'Delivered'.
