How does the dossier status filter work in Cavalato?

The dossier 'status' filter can be found on the job list under the "Jobs" - "List" tab.

After pressing the "Job Status Filter" button, a dropdown menu will appear where you can select a job type.

You will see an overview of the different statuses that can occur in a job. Select the desired status to display the partial statuses.

The filter works on a yes/no basis. Yes if you want to filter on jobs where the checkbox for this specific sub-status has been checked. No if you want to filter on the jobs where the specific sub-status has not yet been checked.

It is possible to filter on different statuses. For example, in the example below, we want to search on the jobs where the customer has already been contacted and where an appointment for estimation has also been made but where there is not yet an appointment for repair. So the 'Customer contacted' and 'Appointment for estimation' check boxes should be checked and the 'Appointment for repair' check box should not.

You will see a list of jobs that match the search criteria entered.

In our example, we are presented with 1 job. When we open the job and view the timeline, we see that the 'Customer contacted' and 'Appointment for estimation' boxes are checked, but the 'Appointment for repair' box has not yet been checked.
