How do I create a standard job?
To create a new standard job, you can go to the "System" tab - "Estimation templates" in Cavalato.
On this tab, you will get an overview of the standard jobs already created. Press 'Create'.
First, enter a name for the standard job you want to create.
Would you like to work with a fixed rate for the tasks in the standard jobs. Then tick the fixed rate option.
Press save to save your modification.
Time to set up the standard job. First, select the type of task type you want to add. If you do not make a selection here, you will not be able to select a task type when adding a new line.
After this, press 'New' to add lines to your standard job.
Select the desired task from the dropdown menu.
Enter a duration and hourly wage. We will automatically calculate the total for you!
Be sure not to forget to save your modification. Would you like to add another line? Then choose 'Save and new'.
Added all tasks, items and extras? Then press the 'Save' button to save all the changes.
