How do I creating a new rate list in Cavalato?
To create a new rate list, you can go to the "System" tab in Cavalato.
Under tab "System", choose "Rates".
Here you can create a new rate list by pressing the 'Create new rate list' button. Would you like to adjust something to a current rate list, certainly also possible. Press the desired rate list to edit it.
Enter the desired rate for each category.
Don't forget to save your adjustments!
How can I apply my rate list to an estimation?
After creating a new rate list, it is time to apply it to the estimation.
Open the desired job in Cavalato and go to the "Repair" tab - "Estimation".
From the dropdown, select the desired rate list.
The rates from the selected rate list will be automatically applied to the estimation.
If you chose a fixed rate when creating the estimation, this fixed rate will not be overwritten by the rate from the rate list.
