Under the "Order List" tab, you can find a complete overview to track the ordering process from A to Z. In this article, we go over which information can be found in each tab.


Which information can I find under the "Order list" tab?

The full tracking of the ordering process has been placed under the "Order List" tab.

On this page, you will find several subtabs. We go through the different tabs in this FAQ step by step.

We start with the "Order List" tab. Here, you can find an overview of all orders created in the underlying cases. We display all orders here, regardless of their status.

A filtering option is also available: by order number, supplier, license plate, case, order status, appointment date in the case, and whether the vehicle is in (yes/no).

A button is also provided to create a separate order. More information about a single order can be found  here .


In the "Incoming Parts" tab, you can find an overview of all ordered parts that have not yet been marked as received.

In the "Delivered Parts" tab, we display the parts that have been marked as received. Do you want to return a specific part? You can arrange this via the "Delivered Parts" tab. More information about returning parts can be found  here .

In the "Returning parts" tab, you can find all parts that have already been marked for return. The parts can be grouped into a return shipment via this tab (click  here  for more info).

In the "Retours" tab, we show an overview of all completed return shipments.

Want to edit a return shipment? Click on the return line to fill in details such as the RMA number, return shipping date, etc. It is not possible to modify the content (return lines) of the return shipment anymore.

In the "Delivery List" tab, you can find an overview of all deliveries.


Would you like to edit something? Click on the delivery line to, for example, fill in the delivery note number. It is not possible to modify the content (delivery lines).

Finally, in the "Stock" tab, you can place an item in stock if it was ordered in excess. For now, this page shows a list of all items currently in stock. In upcoming releases, additional functionality will be added to allow parts from stock to be added to a estimation.
