SUPPORT
- Did you know there is now a link in Cavalato where you can download free software to get remote assistance?Our helpdesk uses Anydesk to take over your screen during support interventions. You can now easily download this software via the icon below (completely free of charge!).
JOB LIST
- A new filter has been added to the job list, allowing you to filter jobs by a specific location. By default, this filter is set to the location linked to your user account. You can manually change this filter to view jobs at another location. If a user is not linked to a site, all sites will be shown to them by default.
JOB
- An update has been made so that, starting now, when setting an 'Appointment quote date', you can click on the 'clock' icon to automatically insert the current date and time.
- In the job timeline, you now also have the option to select the status ' No Repair '.Under this status, two sub-statuses are available: Customer Decision, Total Loss
CAVA-SIGN
- Do you have your own general terms and conditions linked to your rental documents?From this release on, those general terms will also be displayed in Cava-Sign.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT
- A new month, a new feature. Some clients may have already noticed that a first ‘test version’ of the online appointment system was live. This feature is now fully completed. We’ll show you how it works here .
PAINT SCALE LINK
- It is now possible to link the PPG paint scale to Cavalato.
To set up the integration, an intervention on the paint computer will be required.Please install Anydesk on that computer so our helpdesk can take over the screen.
- The integration with the BASF paint scale has also been thoroughly tested with several pilot customers and is now available.
As with PPG, an intervention is required. Be sure to install Anydesk on the paint computer.
PLANNING
An update has been made to allow dragging tasks in the planning view after a vacation day.
This used to cause conflicts, but it has now been resolved in this release.
ORDER
- Starting from this release, it is possible to change the status of an order in certain situations. You can read more about it here .
