How can I cancel a part from an order?


Once you have sent an order to a supplier, the order will have the status 'Ordered'. It is no longer possible to delete the order lines after this.


You can, however, set the part to 'Cancelled' by clicking on the line and then on the red button 'Cancel'.


There is also an option to cancel multiple lines by checking the checkbox at the start of the order lines.


Once you have checked the checkbox, the button 'Cancel selected order lines' will appear. Click the button to set the selected lines to the status 'Cancelled'.


You will see the message below. Click 'Yes' to confirm.
This action cannot be undone.

A communication template will automatically open to confirm the cancellation to the supplier. This email is optional (but recommended to enforce your contractual obligations) and is not required to send.

In the order, the status of the selected parts will be set to 'Cancelled'. This change cannot be undone.
