What is new?
LOGIN PAGE
A change has been made to Cavalato's login page. Once you have logged in with your user, you will now see "Application" at the top instead of "Dashboard". You can now also find our FAQ under "FAQ"

JOB
An extra checkbox was added on the job screen. From this release, you can indicate on the job screen whether a vehicle needs a technical inspection. The checkbox can be found after the ‘Alignment’ checkbox.

An additional sub-status has been added in the timeline under the ‘Estimation’ status. You can now also indicate ‘Estimate submitted/in analysis’ here.

JOB LIST
From this release, in the filter on the job list, the field to filter by "Licenseplate" will be at the top. An additional filter has also been added so that you can filter by "Job number".

VEHICLE
2 additional fields have been added to the "Vehicle" tab. You can now enter the date of last registration and the battery percentage when the vehicle came on site.

DAMAGE
An adjustment has been made to the "Damage" tab. On this page you have the possibility to fill in additional information about the job of the insurer and/or the expert(s). From now on, we will automatically fill in the name of the insurer/expert on this page if you have linked this party in the job under the "Relation" tab.
REPAIR
For the icons on the "Repair"-"Estimation" tab, an extra explanation has been provided of what the icon means exactly. You can view the extra explanation by hovering over the icon. Below you can find the explanation in a short guide.
when creating a credit note, it is now possible to designate all invoice lines in bulk via the checkbox below.

An option to create a separate credit note was added. The credit note can be created without being linked to a job. You can create the credit note by going to the "Invoicing"- "Credit note" tab. Press the ‘Create’ button here.

REPORT
An adjustment was made to the ‘Throughput’ report. As soon as a delivery date was entered in the job, the job will turn orange in the column with departing vehicles.

DASHBOARD
A change was made to the administrative staff dashboard. From this release onwards, users with an administrative profile will see an additional widget appear on the dashboard with the report ‘In progress’. This way, you can quickly and easily filter on the different job types and their status.

DOCUMENTS
An adjustment was made to the rental document in Cavalato. From this release, if no driver was entered, we will fill in the owner's details on the document.
From this release, it will be possible to upload Word and Excel files to the documents. These will be placed under the ‘Other’ category in the documents folder.
TIME REGISTRATION
An additional control has been added to time registration. From this release, it is only possible to clock in on a task if the ‘Vehicle in’ checkbox is ticked. The date and time are not required to be filled in here.

If tasks have been scheduled for an employee, but the vehicle has not yet been marked as ‘in’, the tasks will be shaded in the time registration. The employee can therefore clock in on the tasks only from the moment the ‘Vehicle in’ box was ticked.
