You can find the repair phase report in Cavalato by going to the "Reports" tab.
Select "Repair Phase" here.
At the top of the report, you will find various filter options. If desired, you can filter by repair location, job number, license plate, job admin, and the predicted end date.
The report contains several columns. In the first column, we list the jobs where the vehicle has been marked as "On site."
Based on the vehicle's arrival date, the job will be placed in the 'Present' column.
Additionally, you will see an overview of various tasks. The tasks displayed depend on the configuration made in Cavalato. In the next step, we will show you how a task appears in the report.
If we go to "System" - "Task Types" in Cavalato and select a specific task, you will see that you can designate a 'Kind' for the task. If you choose 'Operational,' the task will be visible in the repair phase report.
Each label contains extra information, such as the job number, license plate, arrival date, expected completion date, and the name of the job administrator.
As soon as a task is started in the time registration system, we place the job in the appropriate column. In the example below, we start the 'disassembly' task for job 343.
If we now look at the repair phase report, we see that job 343 is in the 'Disassembly' column. The job is always placed in the column corresponding to the ongoing task.
Each label also displays a percentage, indicating the used time versus the planned time for that task. Additionally, a color code is assigned to the percentage:
