Which information can I find under the "Follow-up" tab?

The "Follow-up" tab provides you with an operational overview of the job. Go to "Job" - "Follow-up" to view the report.

At the top of the "Follow-up" tab, you will find a timeline with various dates.

The dates in the timeline are automatically updated based on the dates entered in the job.

Below the timeline, you can find an overview of time registrations. In the time registrations, you can also find any comments from the workshop and an overview of the installed parts (if these were checked when stopping a task).

In the time registration section, you will also have the option to modify, delete, or move a clocking entry. This functionality is not activated by default in a database. You can request activation via  support@carscan.be .
Each component (editing, deleting, and moving) can be configured according to user permissions once the configuration is activated.

Was a clocking entry accidentally missed in a particular job? You can manually add the clocking entry using the "New Time Registration" button.

When adding a time registration, you can enter the hours worked, select the employee from the list (employees from the planning), and choose a task type. The dropdown menu displays the task types listed in the 'RO' estimate. If no 'RO' estimate was checked, this dropdown list will be empty.

Below the clocking entries, you will find an overview of the ordered parts. If there is a link with an external paint scale, you can also find the used paint products here.

At the bottom of the "Follow-up" tab, you will find an overview of "External Services." Have work done by a third party? This information will be displayed here.
