FAQ
- Our FAQ has a new location. From this release onward, you will no longer find the FAQ on the login screen, but directly inside Cavalato!
You can find the FAQ under the '?' icon. Cavalato will automatically open a new tab to access it.
DASHBOARD
- Based on feedback from our customers, an adjustment was made to the 'Throughput' report on the dashboard and the job screen. Previously, the 'Throughput' report did not load correctly when a column filter was active on the job screen. This issue has been resolved in this release.
ORDERS
- In the orders section of the job, the columns for purchase price and selling price have been swapped so that they now match the delivery notes from the parts supplier.
COMMUNICATION
- An adjustment was made to the SMS system. From now on, a reply to a text message will automatically be linked to the job. If a reply to an SMS is sent, the job administrators are informed of this via a notification.
- Starting from this release, more unread emails will be shown. In the past, only the latest 20 unread emails were displayed. From now on, if there are many unread emails, an extra page with 20 additional unread emails will be shown.
MAILBOX
- An adjustment was made to the filter on the communication screen. From now on, you can search by the subject and recipient of an email. Enter your desired search query and click the 'Search' button to filter the mailbox.
TO-DO LIST
- The to-do list has been thoroughly revamped! Curious about what’s changed? You can read all about it in our brand-new FAQ.
- The display for printing documents in the job has been visually updated. You will now see a separate page (under the "Print" tab in the job) with all printable documents.
PLANNING
- An improvement was made to the planning so that in the case of double planning (two tasks at the same time for one employee), a second line will be created more accurately. In the past, a second line would already be created in case of a potential overlap. From now on, a second line will only be created if the tasks actually overlap.
INVOICING
- The filters in the invoicing list have also been updated so that your search query will now be saved.
- Additional functionality was added to allow you to change the order of invoice lines from this release onward. You can read more about it here!
MIXITCLOUD
- From now on, it is possible to create a connection between Cavalato and Mixitcloud . Contact our helpdesk via support@carscan.be to set up the configuration.
