How do I create a new planning?
In Cavalato, you have the option to have planning created automatically. Do you prefer to schedule tasks manually? We've thought of this too! In this article, we explain step-by-step how to manually schedule estimations.
How can I manually create my planning?
To schedule a job, you can go to the “ Job” - “Planning” tab in Cavalato.
If you press the 'Plan' button, the planning will be automatically created for you. Would you rather plan it yourself? Then press the button 'Go to manual planning'.
You will be automatically redirected to the planning. Manually schedulable tasks are displayed at the top, along with the job number.
Select the desired task and drag it to the employee where you want to schedule the task. When dragging, the names of some employee sare displayed in red. These employees cannot perform the selected task based on the efficiency that was entered.
Repeat this step until all tasks on the job are scheduled.
