How can I change the status of my order line?


In Cavalato, in certain situations, you have the option to set an order line to "Cancelled" or to delete an order entirely. In this article, you can find more information about how it works


How can I change the status of my order line?


Have you created an order but still want to delete it? If the order has the status 'New', you can still delete it.



Click the icon below to remove the line from the order.

Did you delete a specific line? It is no longer possible to undo this action.

Once you have emailed the order to a supplier, the status will change to 'Ordered'. From that point on, it is no longer possible to delete order lines.



You can still set the line to 'Cancelled' by clicking on the line and then on the red 'Cancel' button.



It is also possible to cancel multiple lines at once by ticking the checkbox at the start of the order lines.

Once you’ve checked the box, the button 'Cancel selected order lines' will appear below. Click this button to set the selected lines to the status 'Cancelled'.

You will then see the confirmation message below. Click 'Yes' to confirm.



A communication template will automatically open to notify your supplier of the cancellation. This step is optional, and you are not required to send it.

In the order, the status of the selected lines will be set to 'Cancelled'. This change cannot be undone.
