How does the paintscale link between Cavalato & Axalta work?
Once the link is set up, it will be possible to forward jobs to the paint scale. Paint will then be able to be registered on these jobs.
How does the paintscale link between Cavalato & Axalta work?
There are 2 ways to send a job to the paint scale. Have you marked the car as ‘Inside’? Then we will automatically send the job to the paint scale.
You can also send the job manually by going to the ‘Follow-up’ tab in Cavalato in the job.
Here you can find a ‘Send to Axalta’ button.
Has the job already been sent to Axalta? Then the button will appear in red. If you press the red button, the link in this job to the paint scale will be disconnected (not recommended).
We automatically bring in the paint weighings into Cavalato as soon as the ‘ Paint job’ task was stopped in the job file. You can also bring in the paint manually by pressing the ‘Check paint scale’ button.
We show the imported paint entries on the "Follow-up" tab in the job. You can find the paint entries under ‘Parts and paint products’.
