On this page, you will get an overview of all employees linked to time registration. A button is provided to quickly view the 'Current activities' of these employees.

In the 'Current activities' section, you will get a brief overview of which employee is clocked in on which task.

The icon below indicates that the employee is not present based on the schedule.

If the employee has not registered as 'present,' the employee's label will be displayed in a blue color. Employees registered as 'present' will be displayed in a gray/dark blue color. (depending on the color theme selected in Cavalato)

The employee can mark themselves as 'present' by clicking on the icon below.

Once the icon is 'colored in', the employee is marked as 'present'.

An employee can start a task by pressing the label with his/her name.

The planned tasks show an overview of the tasks that were scheduled for this employee in the planning. Press the task to start it.

Once the task has started, it will be displayed under 'Currently working on'.

A search filter was also added so that searches can be performed on job number, license plate number, and vin number.

The 'jobs to do' section displays the jobs with scheduled tasks that have not been completed yet. This can include tasks that have been stopped or tasks that have been scheduled for other employees and have not been completed yet.

Employees can clock in for tasks that were scheduled for another employee. The tasks do not need to be rescheduled in the planning if an employee wants to step in for a colleague's task.

As soon as an employee clocks in for a task, the label will change color. It will turn green if the employee is working within the scheduled time. The label will turn red as soon as the employee clocks in for a task that falls outside the scheduled time.

To stop a task, the employee can press the task under 'Currently working on'.

When stopping a task, it can always be indicated whether the task has been completed. If the task has not been completed, a comment and/or reason for stopping can be provided.

Have you worked on different tasks? Then the time will be divided among the different tasks. With the bar at the top, you can optionally adjust the time distribution across the tasks.

At the bottom, of the task screen, the employee can find the 'Recurring work'. Here, the tasks are displayed that are not scheduled on a estimation and/or job. These are supportive tasks that are displayed by default.
