To create a new user, you can go to the "Employees" tab in Cavalato.
Go to "List" here.
This page will give you an overview of the employees that have already been created.
Press the ‘New’ button to add a new employee.
Select the location to which the (new) employee belongs.
Enter the first name and surname is of the user.
At the bottom, you will be able to indicate where the employee should appear. You can choose from: File admin, Planning, Time registration and Estimator. It is possible to indicate multiple tick boxes.
Filled in all the necessary information? Then press the ‘Save and open’ button.
Please complete the fields below.
On the right-hand side of the screen, you have the option of ticking which tasks this employee can/should perform. It is important that you tick these tasks correctly if the employee should use time registration. You can also indicate with an extra tick whether the employee should be proposed in the planning to perform a certain task. Furthermore, you can also indicate the efficiency per task.
Under the ‘Time schedule’ tab, you can add a work schedule for this employee. If this employee needs to clock in on tasks, it is mandatory to add a time schedule.
Click on the desired timetable
Press the box below to apply the schedule for the whole year.
Under absences, you can enter the employee's scheduled holidays. We will cover step-by-step how to enter these holidays in a subsequent article.
Under the ‘User’ tab, you have the option to set a password for the staff member.
Select a language for the employee.
Select the desired role. The role you have assigned to the user here will affect which screens the user will see.
Does the staff member also need access to a particular application? Then you will need to create a PIN for him/her. Enter the desired PIN code in the field below.
Select the desired applications and press ‘Create user’.
