How can I create a new vehicle class?
You can use the vehicle classes for the replacement vehicles. This makes it easy to indicate which type of vehicle is involved and when making a reservation you can immediately select the right vehicle for your customer.

How can I create a new vehicle class?
The vehicle classes you can create by going to the ‘Rental’ - ‘Vehicle classes’ tab in Cavalato.
You will get an overview of the classes already created here. Would you like to modify something else? Then press the class you want to change. You can add a class by pressing the ‘Create’ button.
Name your class. In Cavalato, we have provided the following fields that you can fill in for each class: The excess, cost, rental rate, daily free mileage and daily extra mileage.
Filled in the necessary information? Then don't forget to save your class by pressing the ‘Save’ button.
You can link these classes to your replacement cars by going to the ‘Rental’ - ‘Courtesy cars’ tab in Cavalato.
You will get an overview of the courtesy cars already created. Select the desired replacement cars here or create a new replacement car via the ‘Create’ button.
There will be an option for each replacement car to indicate the vehicle class. You can easily set these by selecting from the dropdown menu.
