To email or scan documents directly, the email address from which the email is sent must be registered in Cavalato. In this article, we show you how to set this up.
Go to the "Employees" tab.
Select the desired employee.
Enter in the email field the email address you want to use to email or scan documents directly into jobs.
Make sure to check the 'Email auto import' checkbox. This setting must be enabled in order to use this functionality.
Click 'Save' to store the changes. The email address can now be used to email or scan documents directly into a job.
