How does the calendar work in Cavalato?
You can find the “Calendar” in Cavalato in the side menu under “Jobs”.
Here you will find a convenient calendar view in which certain dates from the job are displayed. You can choose to display the following dates: “Quotation appointment”, “Repair appointment”, “Vehicle check-in”, “Planned end date”, “Planned delivery date”, “Expert appointment”, and “Inspection date”.
Click on the desired button to display the dates in the calendar. You can select multiple buttons in the menu.
On the button, you will see a small colored dot. This color code is also used in the calendar to indicate what type of date it refers to. In the calendar, you can also find the job number and the license plate of the damaged vehicle.
When you click on the job number in the calendar, the correct job will open immediately!
If you hover over a particular appointment, you will see more information (if it has been entered in the job). We display the brand and model of the car, plus the name (and phone number) of the driver. If no driver information has been entered, we will display the name and phone number of the owner instead.
On the right-hand side of the screen, you will find some additional filter options. By default, the calendar view is set to a month. We also provide the option to display it per week or per day.
The current day (today’s date) can be easily recognized by its yellow color.
