The "Reminders" can be found in Cavalato in the side menu. This handy tool was designed as extra support for job follow-up. In this FAQ, we will show you how to use and consult the to-do list.
On the "Reminders" page, you can find an overview of the different types of reminders. On the left-hand side of the screen, you can find the reminders created for your user.
On the right-hand side, you can find reminders created by another user for you. Reminders created for you + another user (or several users) can also be found here.
Was a reminder not finished before the due date/time? Then you can find it under 'Expired for me' or 'Expired by me'
At the bottom of the screen, you can find the reminders that have been finished. The finished reminder will disappear from the list after 1 week, after being marked as 'Done'.
You can also create a new reminder from this tab. Press 'New reminder' to create a new reminder.
You can create a reminder for both yourself and a colleague (and yourself) here.
Enter the desired message and expiry date. Optionally, you can also add a job number.
The reminder will automatically be placed in the correct column. In the example below, a reminder was created for the own user with a due date of today. The reminder will thus be placed in the column 'Today for me'.
To display the full text of the reminder, you can press the 'Show' button.
The reminder will be displayed at the bottom (in grey). You can edit or delete the reminder here if you wish.
Did you enter a job number when creating your reminder?
Then we will show the job number along with it in the overview. Behind it, the reminder will also be linked in the job.
You can find the linked reminder in the job under the ‘Reminders’ tab.
