The 'Uninvoiced jobs' Report


In Cavalato, you can find a report listing the cases where costs have been incurred but no invoice has been issued yet. In the FAQ below, we explain how this report works:


The 'Uninvoiced jobs' Report


You can find the "Uninvoiced Jobs" report in Cavalato under the "Reports" tab.


Here, you'll find a list of the jobs where costs have been incurred, but no main invoice has been created. Click on the job number to go directly to the underlying job.


In the report, we show the following details:
  • Job number
  • Make
  • Model
  • License plate
  • Job status
  • Driver’s name
  • Owner’s name
  • Vehicle check-in date (for repair)
  • Estimated completion date
  • Vehicle on-site: yes/no
  • Work hours costs
  • Replacement vehicle costs
  • Parts order costs
  • Paint product costs
  • External service costs
  • TL = Total loss



As soon as an invoice is created for the job with the context = main invoice, the job will disappear from the report.
