How can I add a rate when entering a rental?
A new functionality has been added when booking a replacement car. You can select a rate plan (optional) when booking the reservation.
With the tariff plan, you can choose from a fixed list. Here, you can choose ‘Free’, ‘Daily rate’, ‘Weekly rate’ and ‘Monthly rate'.
When starting the rental, the selected rate will be displayed (informatively).
But where exactly do these rates come from? We'll show you in the following steps.
Go to "Rentals" - "Courtesy cars". Select a replacement car here.
You can associate a vehicle class with the replacement vehicle. In this example, vehicle class ‘A-compact’ is linked.
Now go to the "Vehicle classes" tab.
Select ‘A-compact’ here.
Here you can enter a daily, weekly and monthly rental rate. When selecting a replacement car linked to this class, Cavalato will display the corresponding rates when starting the rental.
