How do I create a new courtesy car?


To create a new or additional courtesy car, you can go to the "Rentals" tab in Cavalato.

Select "Courtesy cars".

You will see an overview of the courtesy cars that have already been created. Press ‘Create' to add an additional courtesy car.

The fleet number is a mandatory field. Please enter a number here.


Select the location where the courtesy car will be used.

Enter the license plate of the car.

Complete the requested data.

The make, model and transmission will be displayed when booking a courtesy car. So it is best to always fill in these fields.
At the bottom of this page, you have the option to enter the current mileage and damages known to the vehicle. When creating a new rental, this information will be displayed automatically.

Filled in all the necessary information? Then don't forget to press ‘Save’.
