The "Throughput" report


A quick visual overview of which cars are arriving and leaving on a specific day? In Cavalato, you can quickly and easily find this out via our "Throughput" report.

The "Throughput" report


You can find the "Throughput" report in Cavalato under the "Reports" tab.
At the top of the report, you’ll find several filters. You can filter by a start and end date. Using the arrows, you can easily switch between days or periods.

You can also filter by a specific period or location.

The report contains 3 columns: one for "Quote Appointments", one for "Entering", and one for "Leaving".

Each column also shows a total of the number of vehicles.

Below, we explain how the 3 columns work. We start with the "Entering" column.
Have you entered a "Appointment date" in the job?

If so, the job will be displayed under the 'Entering' vehicles.

Is your customer late for their appointment? Then we will show the line of that job in red.

From this report, you can go directly to the job by clicking on the "Number".

Have you marked the vehicle as "In" in the job?

Then the job will still be visible under incoming vehicles. In the "In" column, it will say "Yes". Additionally, the report displays extra information about the appointment. You can see whether the ordered parts have already been delivered, whether a rental is linked to the job, and whether the job has been scheduled.

We continue with the "Quote Appointments" column. Has a "Appointment quote date" been entered in the job?

Then the job will appear in the "Quote Appointments" column.

Has a "Predicted End Date" been filled in in the job?

Then the job will be listed among the 'Leaving' vehicles in the report.

As soon as an actual delivery date has been entered in the job, we display the line in the "Outgoing" column in orange.

You can also find the "Throughput" report in the job list. Click on the numbers to filter the job list by "Incoming" or "Outgoing" vehicles for a specific week.
